Kathryn Hastings Photography is a boutique
photography company in the northern suburbs of
Chicago. Katie Gierke, the owner/photographer minored in Photography at Barat College and then set her passion for photography aside until 2009 when her first baby girl was born. She jumped back behind the lens immediately after and started her company in 2010.
Kathryn Hastings Photography specializes in newborn, children, family, large groups and weddings. Katie
believes that a photograph doesn’t just capture a moment, but incorporates a memory that will forever be engrained in the pixels of her images. Katie’s talent for capturing those moments are priceless.
Katie is currently the photographer for the North
Suburban YMCA and loves to donate her time and
photographs to multiple non for profits all over the Chicagoland area.
